It all began 40 years ago, when two small artisans created two separate companies, both operating in the footwear sector (footbed production) and both family run, with all the rhythms and traditions typical of a small business.
The two small insole manufacturers in Porto Sant’Elpidio (Marche), a leading town in the footwear sector, continued to work and achieve excellent results over the 20 years that followed, collaborating and helping each other during busy periods. The relationship between the two companies thrived, and so, with some trepidation combined with a burning desire for success, they decided to merge and create Faleria, to stand as a benchmark in the production of Insoles, “plato” Plateaus, Fussbett, Wedges, Injected footbeds, insoles in leather, in felt and in warm wool.
Despite this great leap forward and all the innovations involved in a merger, the new company decided from the outset to maintain quality and production levels at their highest, using even expensive machinery that could guarantee a cutting edge footbed made with the same love and passion of the two small businesses of before.
The first generation, after almost 40 years of dedicated service, is now passing down its passion for carefully crafted footbeds to the next one, to continue making a product that combines tradition and innovation.
Its mission is to create a product that makes a difference, which is precisely why Faleria constantly invests in advanced machinery, raw materials, and carries out ongoing studies into patternmaking. Over thirty years of tradition is combined with innovation to conceive and develop increasingly effective solutions.
Faleria is not just footbed production, but also production and processing of raw materials in cellulose, with the application of fibreboard, application of latex foam (natural or artificial base, rubberised or fabric) in a wide range of thicknesses and densities, application of synthetic materials and much more.
